I am fortunate enough to have been in an industry I am passionate about for over 20 years. Starting in my life in estate agency my career path took a slight change of path when I became a mother 13 years ago. At this time, I became a home search consultant freelancing for a number of RMC’s. With K2 being my favourite and after enduring (and more importantly, surviving) home schooling my children during lockdown I realised I needed more structure to my life and wanted a long-term career, I knew K2 was the answer because of their work ethic, personal leadership and growth.

I certainly wasn’t wrong; K2 has given me that career!
The growth over the last 4 years personally and within the company has been progressive and I love experiencing and being part of the continued journey. I am fully emersed to the company’s DNA, understand the importance of every single assignee and client and strive to deliver an exception service always
Due to my dedication, positive outlook, and drive; after 18 months into my K2 journey, I had the privilege of embarking on a client secondment. This opportunity allowed me to work in-house for 6 months with the Global Mobility team of a prestigious FTSE 100 client.
Through this experience, we strengthened our partnerships, implemented new structures, and adopted a more proactive approach to enhance the overall employee experience. Upon my return, I was promoted to a senior role where I support the running of our team alongside working on both Classic and VIP moves.
