K2 today launched its new five year strategy, Kinetic.

Kinetic runs from 2022 to 2026 and will focus on six strategic priority areas: people & culture, commercial success, partner network, marketing, technology, and sustainability. Kinetic sets out our focus for our next phase of sustainable growth and development.

Nick Plummer, K2 Global CEO said:

“We’ve achieved all that we set out to do through our previous five year strategy Aspire 2017–21: we provided a clearly defined value proposition to our customers, achieved significant growth and designed methodologies that would enable this growth to be sustained.

Whilst doing this I am proud to say that we’ve supported and developed our people, the lifeblood of our K2 family. We have increased global collaboration between offices to better serve our clients’ needs, we successfully introduced the Executive Leadership Team and have continued to invest in and grow our talent base. Together, we are thriving!

Now we need to continue building on the energy and momentum that we developed through good and challenging times, to continue moving forward, without compromise, with Kinetic.”
