My journey with K2 Corporate Mobility began in 2018, when I moved to Cape Town to join the business in a finance role. What started as a career in numbers quickly evolved into a people-centred path within global mobility — a transition that has shaped my passion for leadership, operations, and team development.

Today, as Head of Operations – Africa, I focus on strengthening regional operations, empowering teams, and supporting the delivery of exceptional mobility experiences across diverse markets. My role spans operational leadership, people development, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong emphasis on building sustainable, high-performing teams.
My background in education, psychology, and finance continues to influence my approach to leadership. I believe deeply in creating supportive environments where individuals can grow, feel valued, and perform at their best. People and culture are at the heart of what makes K2 special, and I’m proud to contribute to that every day.
