K2 Brazil achieve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications
We are delighted to announce that K2’s Brazil office has passed their audit for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 with no major or minor nonconformities, and no opportunities for improvement.
ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely used quality management standard. It shows that an organisation’s processes are effective and its employees well trained, enabling it to deliver services/products flawlessly and consistently.
ISO 14001 is a globally recognised standard for environmental management systems. It shows that an organisation is committed to both regulatory compliance and ongoing environmental improvement.
Following the audit, the auditor shared the following feedback:
“K2’s programme is world class and excellent. It is absolutely appropriate for their business activities and is not restrictive in any way. If K2 could package what they have and how they motivate their employees, it would be worth a fortune. I work with many large companies, and you can see their employees are not motivated at all, which means that getting answers to questions takes months. Conversely, K2’s employees are responsive and engaged in the company’s programme. They answered my questions very well, with integrity: the quality of the teams at K2 is the best I have seen in the world.”
