Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, recently published the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list. We are delighted to announce that K2 has secured a Top 10 position on this list, coming in at No. 8 of 105 UK companies.
In order to compile the list, Great Place To Work® evaluated hundreds of employee responses submitted via their annual workplace culture survey, plus analysed multiple Culture Audit™ submissions supplied by organisation leaders. They then used this refined data to compare organisations’ employee value propositions with the actual experience of those organisations’ employees.
The closer the alignment between the value proposition and the actual experience, the stronger a workplace’s culture. The 105 organisations with the closest alignment between these two elements secured a place on the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list.
