I’m Christine - originally from Pittsburgh, PA, I relocated with K2 in 2014 and have lived in Houston ever since. I’ve been in the industry and with K2 for 11 years, first working in operations, then managing our Houston operations team, and now working in account management and client relations.

A more detailed description of my journey
I found K2 through a neighbor of my parents and wasn’t sure what to expect. I worked at a hotel for several years after college and needed a change.
When K2 hired me, the plan was to train in Pittsburgh and then relocate to Houston. I grew up in a small town and had always wanted to see more of the world, so I welcomed the opportunity.
I immediately fell in love with the culture and people at K2 and felt supported from day one. As I moved to Houston, I knew the team was small and I would need to work hard, but I was confident in my abilities and training.
The years went on, the hard work paid off, the team grew, and I stepped into an operations management role.
Whilst in this role, I was awarded opportunities to meet clients face to face, and I found myself thriving in this environment. This, added to my operational background, made account management a clear next step, which is where I sit today.
