Meet Amanda, Global Head of Customer Experience (CX)

While I have been with K2 for 11 years now, I have worked in the relocation industry for over 22 years now with previous experience in both property management and cultural exchange programmes. What I have learnt over the course of my career is that the people that you work you need to find something that makes you happy. As the saying goes find a job you love, and you will never work again! I am so lucky that I have found my place at K2.

English and Afrikaans although if I am honest about it my Afrikaans is more than a bit rusty.

Like most people within this industry, I did not grow up wanting to work in (or even knowing about) global mobility but just fell into it.

Looking back at my previous roles I can see how these have led me to where I am today. Growing up in South Africa I was very privileged from a young age to travel extensively. My parents use to drag us to different places to experience new things and from there, my curious mind grew. Once I had completed studying the first thing I did was travel and that love of learning new things and dealing with different people and cultures carries through to today.

There is not a day that goes by that I done learn something new and no two days are the same in this industry which make it exciting and exhilarating and I would not have it any other way.
