Meet Skuli, Country Manager Sweden
I have been in the industry since 2013, starting in Norway as an Immigration and Relocation department manager. I later became a director and took on responsibilities for both Norwegian and Danish operations at a bigger RMC, managing teams in both countries.
Having lived in the US, as well as in Norway and now in Sweden, I have lived experience of relocating, enabling me to put myself in the shoes of our assignees.
I have been with K2 for almost a year now, learning new things every day.

A more detailed description of my journey
At one point I decided I wanted to add to my education and studied Business Administration with a focus on Management and Finance.
In the years that followed, I worked as a sales manager before applying for a job within the mobility industry. Since that day, I have never looked back!
As a Country Manager, I get to be involved in many different projects and processes. This variation in everyday tasks is important to me. I enjoy focusing on influencing and strengthening our relationships with our clients, as well as improving the performance of the business.
The client journey is something I have been focusing on for the past few years, looking at the user experience from both the assignee perspective and that of the GM team. It is important to recognize that both are our clients. After joining K2, I soon realized that this client focus is at the core of everything K2 does. The strong relationship between the Account Managers and the clients, in addition to the performance of the client service teams, help us to deliver top class service, “because it is personal”.
Scandinavia is a competitive market. I do believe that with the growing sustainability awareness, K2’s various ESG initiatives and ever-evolving Sustainability Programme will help us to develop our service offering in a way that puts sustainability considerations at the forefront, whilst remaining fully committed to service delivery quality, helping us to achieve growth without compromise.
Having been with a more conservative RMC before, I have seen many ways of managing clients and accounts, both good and bad. That has been a valuable experience and has increased my true and genuine interest in the customer journey. I am looking forward to contributing to K2’s further expansion.
