Last week, members of K2’s Commercial Team headed to Malmö to hold meetings with multiple members of K2’s Global Accredited Partner Programme (GAPP) network.
Over the course of two days, Commercial Manager, Gavin Carruthers, and European Commercial Co-Ordinator, Roxy Kritzinger, sat down with DSP and serviced accommodation contacts, to get a better understanding of their business operations and how K2 can further develop existing partnerships.
In line with our core values, one of K2’s key commitments is to consistently provide service excellence globally. We recognise that our commercial partners, and our strong working relationships with them, are fundamental to our high-quality service delivery.
Reflecting on the importance of conducting catch-ups like these with partners, Gavin comments:
“This time spent with partners was invaluable. Every meeting offered something different, and relevant, and allowed us to have meaningful discussions about new services, sustainability, and mutual goals.
Our Partner Network are an essential piece of the puzzle when it comes to our growth in the Scandinavian market and in other regions around the world. Nurturing relationships with partners and taking the time to find out what matters to them will always be a worthwhile exercise.”
The trip culminated in a ‘meet and greet’ breakfast event on 24th November, which saw 13 partners come together at the Scandic Triangeln for a morning of networking.
Gavin continues:
“Following the success of the event in Sweden last week and recent UK DSP partner networking events, we plan to organise more of these types of events, in a bid to continue to bring our partners closer and maintain those crucial relationships which K2 relies on to deliver key services around the globe.
Our Partner Network was identified as one of the strategic priorities within our Kinetic business plan. Over the course of the next five years and beyond we plan to take our partners on a journey through enhanced communication and engagement, bringing them into the heart of the K2 family and encouraging them to join our drive for sustainability.”
Our expansive and flexible Global Accredited Partner Programme network now spans 186 countries and is made up of specialist HHG and DSP providers, all of whom are fully licensed, accredited and vetted to meet our incredibly high service delivery standards.
