I started off in global mobility as a consultant and have now been in the industry for more than 13 years. During this time, I have navigated start-up challenges to bring stability and executional discipline to emerging markets, implemented new processes and systems as part of the change management process, and helped to create an environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration and empowers the K2 Singapore team to learn and grow.

A more detailed description of my journey
Whilst preparing for my interview with K2, I was researching the company and something that sparked my interest then was the long tenure of some clients.
During the interview process, I was sold on the company culture, the exciting growth and development of the company, and the potential to learn and do more.
Having the experience of being a consultant has definitely helped me in my role as an Operations Manager, enabling me to better relate to the day-to-day challenges that the team faces and identify ways to help them manage their work more efficiently.
In recent years, I feel fortunate to have been involved in some major projects, through my involvement with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). One such project was creating our One Voice operations guide, the development of which supported the ELT’s aim to streamline processes, promote best practice and ensure consistency and efficiency across our global teams.
