My corporate inhouse roles managing global programmes developed a deep insight and understanding of the priorities and challenges organisations face when navigating the world of global mobility. I build strong and lasting relationships with clients and work with them to develop scalable, practical approaches to mobility that support business and employee success.

I am passionate about delivering an unrivalled and exceptional consultative and advisory service across all aspects of global mobility.
Having worked inhouse for almost two decades within FMCG, financial services and investment banking sectors, I relish the opportunity to apply my experience and help clients develop solutions to successfully and pragmatically deliver strategic, well governed mobility programmes alongside an excellent stakeholder experience.
K2’s Advisory approach draws on our combined 60+ years working within, or leading global mobility functions. We listen, create and tailor solutions based on client needs, recognising that organisations have varied requirements and different corporate cultures.
In addition to my client facing roles, throughout my career I have held internal people focussed roles. It has been a privilege and one of the most rewarding aspects of my work to see people develop and grow, to witness individuals achieve their goals and reach their potential.
My twelve years at K2 has been immensely rewarding. I have witnessed unrecognisable growth, evolution and change, yet we remain the same client and people focussed business I joined more than a decade ago. It is a joy to be surrounded by talented people who truly love what they do and strive daily to deliver their very best.
