I am passionate about delivering an unrivalled and exceptional consultative and advisory service across all aspects of global mobility.
Having worked inhouse for almost two decades within FMCG, financial services and investment banking sectors, I appreciate the challenges and opportunities of all things global mobility. I relish being able to utilise and apply my experience to develop solutions that equip HR and global mobility to successfully and pragmatically deliver strategic, well governed programmes and a positive stakeholder experience.
Our Advisory approach at K2 is different. We are not static or limited – we listen, create and tailor solutions, recognising that organisations have varied requirements and different company cultures.
In my twelve years at K2, I have seen unrecognisable evolution and change, yet K2 remains the same client and people focussed business I joined more than a decade ago.
In addition to my client facing roles, throughout my career I have held internal people focussed roles. It has been a privilege and one of the most rewarding aspects of my work to see people develop and grow, to witness individuals achieve their goals and reach their potential. It is a great thing for people to feel empowered at work, it drives and motivates them to believe that no mountain is so high they cannot climb it.
