Meet Eric, our Senior Director - Global Account Management

With over two decades working within the mobility sector, I am a highly experienced Senior Director equipped with diverse competencies and effective people and account management abilities.

My enthusiasm, personal drive, and exceptional two-way communication skills underscore my approach to delivering results-driven account management solutions.

My first interaction with Nick & Richard goes back to 2005/6 when I was offered a role at a very young and different K2. I declined the role at that time as I thought I had more to learn at the large corporate RMC that I was working at then.  

I had my first assignment to the USA two years later where I worked onsite with a client in Boston and then later in Chicago. This experience was invaluable for helping me to learn more about US GM teams and domestic relocations. Continuing to work for the same company for several more years also allowed me to truly understand the meaning of building solid relationships with clients, as I had to deal and understand Chapter 11 As the company split out into different business, the culture and service changed, and I started to find that I wasn’t enjoying my role. It was purely the client relationships that kept me there. 

Around the same time in 2012 I was approached by an ex-colleague and friend, Phil Hunt – the rest, as they say, is history!  

The growth of K2, retention of our clients, and our continued service delivery excellence have kept me enthusiastic and committed to assisting the clients and prospects that we work with throughout my career to date. 

My passion lies in crafting customer-centric global mobility solutions, offering unbiased advice and opinion to create bespoke strategies that support employees throughout their assignments.  

As a collaborative leader, I prioritise leading by example and harnessing the power of people’s personal strengths to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the company. K2 has allowed me to naturally develop and has provided me the agility to deliver solutions for clients whilst having the freedom to do the right thing.
