Trust Index
The Trust Index is built upon five pillars: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie. Through the Great Place To Work® survey, employees are asked to rate a number of statements relating to each pillar: for example, ‘Managers avoid favouritism’ (Fairness), or ‘When I look at what I accomplish, I feel a sense of pride’ (Pride). The ratings are combined to form a score for each pillar, and then the pillar scores are combined to form an overall Trust Index score. With a score of 90%, K2 outranks the Top 5 workplaces in the world in 2024 by 2 points.

Values
The Values element focuses on how employees feel about management. Do they deliver on their promises? Do their actions match their words? Do senior leaders fully embody the best characteristics of the organisation? 95% of K2 employees feel that our senior leaders are the epitome of Q, the defining characteristic of our company, a score that sees us outranking the Top 5 workplaces in the world in 2024 by 6 points.

Are they competent and do they have a clear view of both where the business is going and how they are going to get it there? 91% of our people have confidence in Kinetic, our 5-year strategic business plan, and 96% believe that our leaders possess the skills and the experience that their position demands. With both scores, we outrank the Top 5 workplaces in the world in 2024, by 2 and 6 points respectively.
