Almost two decades working within the global mobility industry, coupled with my own expatriate experiences, have helped me to develop an in-depth understanding of the assignee journey – from both a strategic and empathetic perspective.
During my time in operations, I worked in a wide range of roles. From leading C-suite cross-border relocation programs, to managing complex client engagements, the experience gained in these roles was key to building my understanding of how pivotal the customer experience is.
For the past 10 years, I have specialized in client relations and account management, serving as a trusted advisor to Mobility, Talent and HR partners at some of the most recognizable global brands.
I always strive to take a down-to-earth approach, grounded in a deep commitment to integrity, adaptability and people-first collaboration.

A more detailed description of my journey
Having lived internationally for several years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of cultures and personalities across regions. This global lens has equipped me with a keen sense of the lasting impact of meaningful relationships, alongside a firm belief we are global citizens first, and our individual nationalities second.
Like most in the mobility space, I discovered the world of relocation purely by accident and did not know that I had a passion for it until it quite literally landed in my lap. Who knew there was an entire industry built around helping people navigate the logistical challenge and emotional weight of picking up your life in one place and setting it down in another?
An introvert by nature, being embedded in cultures and countries different from my own, whilst at the same time project managing the relocation experience of others, forced me to get out of my own head and into theirs. I found that I genuinely enjoyed the one-on-one interactions that are part of getting to know clients. I take pride in cultivating personal connections that are built on empathy and mutual trust, and I understand the value of creating a safe space for open conversations.
My professional journey eventually brought me to K2, where I happily discovered a flat leadership structure and a company culture that celebrates the expertise and individuality that each of us bring to our roles.
Working within Account Management throughout my career has afforded me the opportunity to continually listen and learn whilst building upon knowledge gained from years of interactions with clients, colleagues and partners. My time at K2 has taken that one step further and allowed me the autonomy to support my clients in a way that sets out to elevate them within their own organizations through sharing of thoughtful ideas and strategic recommendations.
