A short film which presents a round-up of K2 Foundation’s epic Nepal Trip:
From 26th November – 3rd December, 24 courageous members of the K2 Family undertook the trip of a lifetime in order to raise money for the K2 Foundation.
One half of the team tackled the gruelling Everest Base Camp Trek, climbing to a height of 5,647m above sea level and enduring temperatures as low as -12°C.
The other half of the team took on two challenging volunteering projects at village schools outside of Pokhara, digging foundations, stripping and painting walls, and carrying out general renovation work in order to create safer, more inspiring environments for the children to learn and play within.
Although the trip is now over, our fundraising efforts are not. We are still striving to raise money for the K2 Foundation, money which will be put towards the rebuild of a school in São Paulo, Brazil.
