A partnership event from K2 and AIRINC, this roundtable is open to all Global Mobility and HR professionals within the Scandinavia region and beyond.
Over the course of a morning, we’ll be hosting two interactive workshops, and creating an open forum for discussion and collaboration, whilst also providing attendees with the opportunity to connect with peers and industry experts.
Find out more about what you can expect from the two sessions below.

Helen Squibb, from K2’s Global Mobility Advisory Team, will be sharing key insights and leading a discussion on mobility policy, current trends, and some of the advances we’re seeing in the market. Helen will discuss approach to policy review and development, identifying factors in reviewing and designing effective policies, the value of benchmarking, considerations for implementing policy change, and highlight key emerging trends. This will be an interactive session and attendees will be encouraged to share their own experience, including what works well and some of the challenges they’ve faced.
AIRINC – AI & Mobility
Presenter: Mira Pathak, Associate Director, Client Solutions EMEA
Technology in global mobility is as much an enabler as something that brings with it some concerns. How much technology is helpful, how do you find the right balance between technology and the human touch for your company and mobility programme; and what role do AI, APIs and automation play? AIRINC’s session will explore these and other questions, and we look forward to a lively conversation about all things technology.
