Meet Hope, a Tenancy and Relocation Manager
Working at K2 Corporate Mobility since 2022 I have had the utmost privilege to work with key accounts in Johannesburg, overseeing their long-term assignee population from a Tenancy Management perspective.
My role has continued to evolve, and I now also assist with household goods and relocation moves. As many of our K2 South African clients are based in Johannesburg, I oversee client engagements on a frequent basis, which I thoroughly enjoy.

A more detailed description of my journey
Before joining K2, my world was surrounded by financial analysis, reviewing credit loan applications and assessing affordability on a daily basis for corporate entities.
As much as I enjoyed the analytical aspect of my work, I realised that I missed an integral part of what gave me enjoyment – engaging and working with people face-to-face.
I came across K2’s work by chance and knew right away that this was the industry and company that I needed to be a part of. I joined K2 in 2022, stepping into a Tenancy Management role for long-term assignees in Johannesburg, and was able to use my existing skills to provide corporate clients with amazing customer service.
I have since had the opportunity to utilise my analytical background to build on this existing service, enhancing it where possible to better the client’s Global Mobility offering to its AI population.
I have been fortunate to continue learning and growing in the Mobility industry, by working on Household Goods and Relocation files and look forward to expanding my industry knowledge as I build my Tenancy Management portfolio across more accounts in Africa.
I have been so proud to represent K2 and showcase the brand and will continue to do so with enthusiasm wherever I go.
