With over 7 years of experience in immigration and mobility across APAC and EMEA, I have developed a holistic approach to mobility topics.
Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege to work closely with government bodies, NGOs, private enterprises and internal stakeholders. This breadth of experience allows me to understand contemporary issues within the field of global mobility and immigration, and be well-positioned to support programs across geographies and sectors.

A more detailed description of my journey
My career in global mobility and immigration started at the Swedish Embassy in Latvia, where I closely studied and monitored the EU Asylum program.
I thereafter had the opportunity to leverage this knowledge, joining K2 Sweden in 2017 to support the growth of the immigration function. Things really took off when we were awarded the fast-track certification with the Swedish Migration Office, which I managed throughout my two years with K2 Sweden. In 2019 I was extended an offer to relocate to Singapore to continue the support of our global immigration function, which I am ever thankful for. Since then, the function has continued to grow, and we now have a team of five in APAC, plus a colleague in the Middle East.
Working for K2 I particularly enjoy having the opportunity to work closely with clients globally, and helping to shape the future of the business. Entrepreneurship and out of the box thinking are part of the K2 DNA, and it is these qualities that allow our people to have a genuine influence on the business and our relationships with clients. We are also encouraged to make an impact outside of work, in the communities where K2 operates, by engaging in a global programme of charitable and environmentally focused activities.
It is fantastic to see the growth that K2 has gone through during my time with the business, and that the hunger to continue growing and rethinking the way we operate never stops. At K2, we pride ourselves in providing the best services in the industry, but equally as important in the field of immigration, we also ensure that our clients are given the tools they need to make informed decisions.
Being accountable, honest, transparent, and offering timely and clear communications, are extremely important for ensuring the successful delivery of immigration services, and that is what I think we do really well. This, combined with a holistic approach to our immigration services, makes us naturally stand out and I am excited to continue the journey of helping to shape K2’s immigration department and the wider industry for years to come.
