K2 earns a place on the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services™ list
In February, K2 was awarded the Great Place To Work® certification. In July, we were ranked 11th in the Best Workplaces™ for Women in the UK list. This month, we are delighted to announce that we have been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services™, the business category within which global mobility sits.
To build the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services™ list, Great Place To Work® carried out their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey (which K2 employees completed in November 2022) across the globe, and then analysed the responses of UK-based consulting and professional services employees. The survey asked employees to comment on work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security at their company. It also assessed to what extent organisations were able to deliver a consistent employee experience across all departments and at all seniority levels.
According to Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK, “while navigating this ever-changing landscape, the Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services have galvanised their people proposition by placing employee wellbeing at the forefront of their company cultures – and enjoyed better business performance and staff retention as a result. It’s great to see so many examples of organisations making their workplaces truly ‘great’. A huge congratulations to K2 for making one of our most prestigious lists.”
Whilst this particular list is specific to the UK (you have to have a certain number of people in an office to be considered for any of Great Place To Work®’s country-specific lists, and the majority of our offices were too small to qualify), we firmly believe that we earned a place on it because of the cultural strength of our global operation: globally we are a Great Place To Work®, and globally we have a world-class NPS® of 80.
