Shahla Dowley, our Bespoke Global Operations Manager

My K2 Journey started in 2014, originally at our UK office before making a significant move to our Houston office in 2023. My K2 career began in operations on the Relocation side, transitioned into household goods, and eventually led me to the Supply Chain Team (previously known as the Commercial Team). In 2019, I seized the chance to collaborate with Daniel Natoli to establish the K2 Bespoke Brand. Today, I am responsible for the Global Team and oversee its operations.

I discovered K2 through a family friend, who mentioned they were seeking temporary summer help. At the time, I was in my second year of university, searching for a placement year.

Despite exploring various opportunities, none seemed to be the right fit, so I decided to work over the summer and return to complete my final year without a placement.

That summer, when K2 brought me on board for administrative support, I had no idea it would blossom into a rewarding 10-year career and lead me to settle in Houston.

K2 Bespoke. K2 Bespoke has grown into a dynamic global team of professionals. My role is to manage and support this dedicated team, ensuring that relocating executives receive unparalleled service and comprehensive support throughout their entire relocation journey and beyond.
