Aligning reward frameworks with mobility strategy
Pay transparency is considered an important tool in closing pay gaps, with many countries from Japan to the US, along with the EU enforcing pay transparency regulations from 2026. The details vary around the world, but the EU regulations in particular, represent a seismic shift in reward and people practices.
Employers will find the market changing around them and strategic global mobility teams will need to know how these new rules may impact international moves and hires in the future.
Joined by one of our reward partners, we will be using this session to look at:
- The pay transparency regulations and how they might affect you.
- What global mobility teams can do to ensure their organisation can overcome any future obstacles.
- Reward frameworks that remain aligned with overarching mobility strategy.

The GM Team: an inward focus
With a focus on team, training, and tools, we’ll be taking a deep dive into:
- how your teams are managed, structured and positioned internally
- the scope and scale of team roles and skill sets
- training opportunities and career development within global mobility, as well as the different tools and technology to support.
Whether you’re a “party of one” or part of an extensive global team, this interactive session will encourage all attendees to take an inward look at their programs, and offer a platform for open discussion and knowledge sharing.
