The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings feature organisations that have succeeded in creating a workplace in which employees feel that their wellbeing is prioritised. To compile the prestigious list, Great Place To Work® culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing responses relating to work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, and financial security. They also assessed how well an organisation was able to deliver a consistent employee response with regards to wellbeing across all departments and seniority levels.
