Meet Eden, Client Development Executive
I joined K2 Corporate Mobility in January 2016 as a Relocation Manager. I was very new to the corporate mobility industry but quickly fell in love with the operational role I was given.
Prior to K2, I relocated pets around the world which I believe gave me the skills to understand how crucial attention to detail and accurate planning is when handling people’s personal effects and the value that comes with it.

A more detailed description of my journey
My journey at K2 has been one of growth. Starting in Operations I was able to learn all of the K2 fundamentals surrounding shipping (still my first love) and Relocation Services.
Handling relocation cases across Africa was challenging and allowed me to further master the skill of managing assignee expectations, as well as our clients HR and Mobility Teams.
Whilst in Operations, I was fortunate to be a member of the ELT (Executive Leadership Team) where I worked closely with ELT members across all regions. The years served on the ELT gave me a far broader understanding of K2 as a business, what is important to us in terms of people and culture, and how we can continuously enhance our operating models to ensure the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
Following my Operational role, as of 2024 I have now transitioned into a client facing and business development role which has been an exciting new challenge for me, and I am eager to continue to learn all there is to learn and add value to K2.
