
Meet Blake, Client Account Manager
I joined the K2 Sydney team in 2015 as a Graduate Relocation Manager. Over the past 10 years, I’ve been involved in all areas of K2 Sydney operations, transitioning from Relocation Management to Account Management in 2020, and now supporting the development and implementation of K2 clients’ mobility programs across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
I’m passionate about understanding the dynamics of an ever-changing mobility world, as well as the operational efficiencies that underpin our clients’ goals and outcomes.

A more detailed description of my journey
I joined K2 as my first corporate role following university graduation in 2015, interviewing and accepting the position shortly after our K2 Sydney office opened.
Although technically holding only 2 roles in my career, I’ve had an incredible amount of exposure to all aspects of our growing business. K2 has been an excellent workplace for expanding professional knowledge and experience – whether it be working across various functions, due to joining at the ground-level in Sydney, or representing our office in global projects and events.
There are always new opportunities working with K2; a key example being a secondment I undertook with a key client in 2020 in Malaysia (initially, until COVID). I was fortunate to be able to work on the client’s team as they established a new program, helping to implement new policies and procedures, and onboard a new team of global mobility specialists for the APAC and Middle East regions.
The experience gained during this secondment positioned me to return to K2 to continue as an Account Manager for this client, and to continue expanding my role in the 5 years since.
It’s a joy to be a part of K2 and our clients’ journeys – working alongside our global teams, tackling new challenges. I’m excited to continue learning, and furthering both my professional development and the evolution of K2’s unique mobility solutions.
