Autumn Midlands Global Mobility Forum | K2 Corporate Mobility

The Autumn bi-yearly Midlands Global Mobility Forum was held on the 10th November at Birmingham University.

During the forum, we focused on the key topic of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and were joined by a special guest speaker from the Matt Hampson Foundation, who shared his personal story of determination after suffering life-changing injuries. We explored how perspective change is the key to a happier life, and why it is so important to champion DE&I in the workplace.

Continuing our sustainability series, we were also joined by speakers from Bath University for an interactive workshop exploring sustainability within global mobility and how to best approach mindset change. You can learn more about our crucial partnership with Bath University here. As always, the relevant subject matter around tax and social security was included.

The event gave attendees a chance to learn from subject matter experts, and connect and knowledge share with like-minded peers during interactive sessions run by our special guest speakers.
