Employee Code of Conduct
Our Employee Code of Conduct ensures that our employees adhere to the standards of both the business and the UNGC. The Code of Conduct mandates that employees display responsibility in all areas of sustainability within their control, at all levels within K2. To minimise risk in our supply chain, we have updated our Code of Conduct to incorporate increased responsibility in the areas of human rights and child labour, in line with our expanding governance programme.

We adhere strictly to principles of trust and integrity, ensuring that our clients’ confidence is never compromised by divulging confidential information to unauthorized parties. Disclosure, when necessary, is conducted in strict accordance with K2’s privacy policies and established controls. We maintain stringent physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality of our clients’ information. K2 are committed to complying with any applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies governing the lawful sharing of personal information with third parties for legitimate business and compliance purposes.
