We achieved a truly outstanding set of client survey results.

  • We secured a return rate of 77%, significantly improving on the 60% return rate of 2023.
  • We achieved an NPS® of 82, which is an improvement on our 2023 score of 80, and which is officially rated as ‘world-class’.
  • We achieved an unbeatable client satisfaction rate of 100%, securing that all important 1% increase from our 2023 score of 99%.
  • 100% of respondents were satisfied with K2’s understanding of their global mobility needs.
  • 100% of respondents were satisfied with the service provided by their dedicated K2 Account Manager.

We launched Frontline, a monthly knowledge-sharing campaign.

Each month, we choose a trending topic within the global mobility industry and produce a range of content which explores it. The aim of the campaign is to spark curiosity and create conversation around trends, changes and challenges which are affecting HR and Global Mobility professionals. Through these conversations, ideas are generated and knowledge is shared, thus helping to drive momentum and innovation within the industry.

We relaunched our VIP service offering, K2 Bespoke.

We took a service that was already world-class and transformed it into one that takes clients’ breath away.

Through the K2 Foundation, we completed the rebuild of a school in São Paulo, Brazil.

In April 2023, work began on building a school in a São Paulo favela. The goal? To create a safe and vibrant space for up to 150 local children to play and learn each day. In February 2025, we completed the project and opened the doors to a haven in which local children can both enjoy their childhood and be equipped with all the tools they need to thrive in adulthood.

We were globally recertified as a Great Place To Work®.

We published our third annual Sustainability Report.

As a company operating within an industry with a significant environmental footprint, K2 recognises the need for impact-driven action and innovative sustainable solutions. From reducing the carbon footprint of international relocations to supporting charitable initiatives in the regions where we operate, the 2024 report highlights how K2 is integrating sustainability into every aspect of our business operations. These efforts ensure that our clients can continue to grow and support their globally mobile workforce, assisted by service partners who prioritise responsible, ethical business practices.

We opened a new office in Shanghai, China.

K2 Shanghai is K2’s third office in APAC, opened to further strengthen our ability to support clients and their assignees in the region.

Because it’s personal’ is more than just a strapline for K2, it is an ethos, embedded into the company’s culture and one on which all of our global business success is built. Working with the Nordics Webinar

We organised and hosted 20+ events across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

Throughout 2025, we brought our global community together through roundtables, leadership mornings, webinars, and socials. Our purpose: to share practical insights, spark ideas and strengthen relationships. Highlights include the 10th anniversary of the Midlands Global Mobility Forum in Birmingham, a milestone which underlined the forum’s role as a trusted space for timely guidance and peer exchange; a Leaders’ Lunch in Sydney that explored the balance between AI-enabled efficiency and essential human connection; and the K2 Spring Social in London which provided a relaxed setting for team members to connect in person and celebrate progress with clients and partners.

We transformed our Advisory service into K2 Indx.

K2 Indx is a new brand which combines our existing global mobility advisory and assignment management capabilities into a more precise and structured offering. K2 Indx reflects the way in which we already work: simplifying and explaining complexity, interpreting data, shaping strategy, and delivering guidance that supports confident and informed mobility decisions.

2025 was an explosive year for K2, one that was characterised by transformation, innovation, and strategic, sustainable growth. The bar for 2026 has been set extremely high, but with multiple exciting developments waiting in the wings and ranging from further brand launches to advancing in line with our AI Roadmap, we are confident that the new year will bring further success as we continue to set the standard for service excellence within the industry.
