For the latest episode in K2’s Fireside Talks series, we find ourselves in São Paulo, where Client Services Consultants Ana Paduan and Mirna Cafalchio sit down to discuss all things Client Services and K2 Corporate Mobility.
Client Services Consultants work with clients and assignees to make the relocation process as smooth as possible. During their conversation, Ana and Mirna talk about how to ensure consistent service excellence, as well as about what clients can expect when partnering with K2.
Mirna, who joined K2 in February 2023, doesn’t come from a corporate relocation background but feels that many years’ experience working in people-centric roles, alongside a long history of volunteering, have stood her in good stead for a position where client experience and relationships are the focus. She explains to Ana what K2’s ‘because it’s personal’ ethos means to her, and explores the importance of working for a company that places enormous value on both their people and the planet.
The pair go on to talk a little about the K2 Foundation and the project that’s currently underway to rebuild a school in a São Paulo favela. Once completed, the school will enable children in the local community to access the educational resources they so badly need.
This episode closes with Ana and Mirna reflecting on some of the changes they feel would benefit the industry, and on the work being done by K2 to drive mindset change in the sector.
