I have over 12 years of industry experience. In various capacities from working in a moving company to an RMC. I have a proven record of accomplishments, and am dedicated to delivering high quality customer service, while constantly demonstrating close attention to detail. Having previously worked in Asia, and been on assignment myself, I understand the complexities of an assignment and bring a wealth of experience, empathy and international exposure.

A more detailed description of my journey
I think it is fair to say that I fell into this wonderful industry rather unexpectedly. Back in 2012, my husband and I were living in Sydney, Australia, when he got offered an international assignment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
I initially thought it would be very easy to find a role in Asia…I couldn’t have been more wrong. After months of job hunting, questioning and reassessing my career options, I came across an international moving company that was looking for a French speaker to look after their French clients in Malaysia, a big oil and gas hub. My focus at the time was household goods: I was working on pre-move surveys, meeting wonderful assignees, helping them with their move requirements and doing a bit of account management. The role was broad, and it gave me a great understanding of the industry. I fell in love with the world of relocation.
After 4 years in Malaysia, we relocated to the UK in 2016 and this is where I came across K2. Upon joining, I immediately felt part of extremely talented and caring team.
I was first a relocation manager, assisting clients and their assignee population with their global mobility programmes, before moving into the world of training.
I transitioned to become K2’s Training Manager in 2019, responsible for supporting all newly onboarded K2 Relocation Managers through every aspect of our ‘One Voice’ service delivery. I was promoted to Global Head of Training in 2022 and now manage a global team of wonderful trainers to ensure absolute consistency in our training.
