Since K2 was founded in 2002, we have strived to provide best in class global mobility services whilst also being a responsible corporate citizens and to contribute positively to society. The creation of our KINETIC business strategy gave our intentions heightened focus and momentum. In this report, we’re pleased to be able to review our progress versus the strategy.

We also seek out and propose innovative initiatives to strengthen our positive impact. Ongoing review of our progress ensures we stay aligned with our commitments, targets, and broader sustainability goals.

Sustainability Assessment
2024 marked the third consecutive year we have completed the EcoVadis assessment. Whilst our overall score remained consistent with the previous year, changes to the EcoVadis scoring criteria resulted in a Silver rating, compared to Gold in 2023. Despite this shift, our 2024 rating still places K2 within the top 15% of all assessed companies globally – a reflection of our ongoing dedication to sustainability excellence.
Results
In 2024, the EcoVadis assessment was taken by 88 partners (58.73% of our partner network by spend) versus 65 partners in 2023.
The EcoVadis platform allows us to share our performance with stakeholders and to monitor the performance of our commercial partners.
We work with EcoVadis to monitor & improve sustainability performance across the areas of environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Undertaking the EcoVadis ratings assessment process is one of the ways we are able to continually assess our sustainability credentials and progress.

What’s in the report?
Reimagining the Supply Chain
In January 2024, following consultation with the University of Bath, we launched a new K2 Supply Chain structure to improve efficiency and support scalable, sustainable growth. Three specialised teams were created: the Commercial Team (financial performance, costing, invoicing, budgets), the Partner Relationships Team (partner search, onboarding, compliance, sustainability), and the Supply Chain Analyst Team (cost benchmarking, technology improvements, business intelligence). Working together, these teams help deliver K2 Group’s objectives and maintain a best-in-class, sustainable supply chain.

What’s in the report?
An Update on the K2 Foundation
Since its launch in 2023, the K2 Foundation has focused on supporting the construction of a school in Parelheiros, São Paulo. Led by the K2 Brazil team and regional partners, the project made strong progress in 2024 and is nearing completion. The school will provide a safe, vibrant space for local children to learn, play, and grow, creating lasting opportunities and impact. We will also maintain our support for other global charity partners that align with the ethos of the K2 Foundation, as well as seeking new projects to give assistance to, through our employee volunteering programme or provision of funds.
